People Services Trainee (German Speaker) in our People Services Team,you’ll manage employee life cycle management of the hiring process from contract creating till coordinate and administer termination and off boarding activities for GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) region.

Main responsibilities

• Manage the employee life cycle processes, starting from the hiring process & onboarding until the coordination and administration of termination and off-boarding activities for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, including creation of required documentation & system updates

• Respond to employee inquiries in German and English

• Coordinating and administering termination and offboarding activities 

• Collaborate with the People Services team to ensure efficient service delivery

• Participate in continuous improvement projects

• The team is focused on continuous improvement processes; there will be opportunity for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working

About you  

 
Experience and education

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)  

• Broad understanding of HR process and activities 

• Min. 30-hour availability/week with flexible scheduling 

Softand technical skills

• Good communication skills 

• Organized, precise, has good attention to detail 

• Has an analytical approach 

• Can work independently and shows proactivity as well 

• User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.) 

• Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems ase.g. Workday (advantageous) 

Languages

• Fluent in English, Hungarian and German
