Part-Time Babysitter– Philadelphia, PA 

A family in Philadelphia, PA 19146 is seeking an engaging, reliable part-time babysitter for a 12-year-old child in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will support home school learning activities, assist with homework, and provide safe transportation.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (10.5 hours per week)

Family Environment:

• Household includes one child (age 12) and 1 cat
• Home school environment
• Smoke-free home
• Values support with educational activities, arts & crafts, and homework

Responsibilities:

• Primary support and supervision during home school activities and homework
• Plan and engage in educational activities and arts & crafts
• Provide safe transportation to and from activities
• Assist with light household tasks, including child's laundry once per week

Requirements:

• Proven experience in childcare, tutoring, or educational support
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record
• Comfortable around pets (1 cat in home)
• Awareness and ability to assist with managing minor childhood health needs (asthma/allergies)

Compensation:

• $19-$21per hour(commensurate with experience)
• Gas stipend / mileage reimbursement provided for driving during care
