Job Title: Learning Operations Specialist.What are we looking for: • Primary skill - Training Environment Strategy - P5 .Designation: Learning Operations Specialist.Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems.• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.• May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside.• Individual would manage small teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.Location: Bengaluru.
Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Specialist who has experience in the learning & development management space. The Training Specialist will be a member of the Training Team, within HR Operations.RESPONSIBILITIES• Work as part of the HR Operations training team reporting into the Training Lead• Support classroom training sessions as required by the training schedule, including pre-process training sessions for new joiners• Receive and evaluate training requests while requesting follow up information from requestor where appropriate• Maintain a training schedule and calendar for all vendor training sessions conducted by the central training team• Coordinate training scheduling based on trainer availability and Operational demand, including Train the Trainer sessions; work closely on alignment of sessions with Training Team Lead• Manage the Learning Management System for the central training team to create all requested sessions in a timely manner• Communicate with Operations stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure all sessions are coordinated & have appropriate attendees• Be familiar with training durations based on topic, level of training, and lesson plan coordination to effectively schedule the appropriate duration of session
