About the Role

We are seeking aSenior AI Conversational Engineer to develop next-generation AI-powered voice and digital assistants. This role extends beyond traditional chatbot development, focusing on the development of intelligent AI agents utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered voice and digital assistants using LLMs.
• Build intelligent conversational workflows, AI agents, and multi-step automations.
• Design effective prompts and optimize AI responses for quality and accuracy.
• Implement RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
• Develop Python-based components, tools, and API integrations using FastAPI.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and databases.
• Evaluate and leverage frontier AI models to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
