• Pay:$17.00 per hour
• Schedule:Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
• Reports to: Sales Manager and General Manager
• Onsite in Ames, Iowa

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and visitors in a warm manner
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly, transferring calls efficiently
• Respond to voicemails and job leads in a timely manner
• Take clear, accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate team member
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles arriving and departing the facility
• Scanning and other supportive administrative tasks
• Support the team with other duties as needed

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, automotive, or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
• Professional telephone skills and confidence handling a high volume of inbound calls.
