Client Services Representative

Job Overview

As aClient Services Representative you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Thisclient-facing rolerequiresstrong analytical skills and the ability tocommunicate effectively in both Russian and English. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an additional benefit and we welcome candidates with backgrounds insales, analytics and client-facing roles.

This is a hybrid role, based in Almaty.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and requests.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, trainings and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-7 years of experience in client services or a related role, building long term relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in bothRussian and English languages, Kazakh will be nice to have.
• Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills.
• Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience within thepharmaceutical industrywill be an asset.
• Exposure todata platforms, business intelligence tools, and issue-tracking systems is preferred. Experience working withpower queries, DAXandPythonis a strong advantage.
