Woodland Job Corps Center is seeking adedicated and experienced OA/CTS Director to provide leadership and oversight of our Outreach, Admissions, and Career Transition Services functions. This position plays a vital role in supporting student recruitment, enrollment, career development, and successful transitions intofull-time employment, higher education, or advanced training. 🎓

The OA/CTS Director will lead and develop a professional team while establishing and maintaining strong partnerships withemployers, educational institutions, workforce organizations, community partners, and other stakeholders. 🤝 These partnerships are essential to creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to student achievement and long-term career success.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and two years related supervisory experience; or Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field from an accredited school and four years related supervisory experience. Department of Labor approval required.
