We are seeking aSenior Java Backend Developer with7+ years of experience to design, develop, andmaintain high-performance server-side applications. In this role, you will build scalable, secure enterprisesolutions and collaborate with design and product teams to power exceptional user experiences. 

Job Summary 

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into seamless, functional software. You will lead the development of robust Java backend services,optimize system performance, and ensure smooth data exchange with frontend interfaces. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Backend Development: Design, develop, andmaintain robust, scalable server-side applications usingJava andJ2EE. 

• API Implementation: Build and secure high-performanceRESTful APIs tofacilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems. 

• System Optimization: Ensure the overall performance, scalability, and security of all server-side applications. 

• Design Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers to provide strong backend support for complex frontend features. 

• Requirements Translation: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to understand, refine, and implement technical business requirements. 

Technical Requirements 

• Core Backend: Deepexpertise inJava,J2EE, and theSpring Boot framework. 

• Database Management:Proficiency in relational databases, specificallyOracle,Postgres, or standardSQL. 

• DevOps & Documentation: Mastery of version control tools (Git,BitBucket) and API documentation frameworks likeSwagger. 

Qualifications & Competencies 

• Experience: Minimum of7+ years of proven experience in backend software development. 

• Education:Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field. 

• Principles: Deep understanding of core backend architecture and software development principles. 

• Methodologies: Experience working within fast-pacedAgile development environments. 

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and strong collaborative communication.  

Nice to Have Skills 

• Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying and managing applications onAWS,Azure, orGCP. 

• DevOps & Containers: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools likeDocker andKubernetes. 

• Architecture: Practical familiarity with building and maintainingMicroservices architecture. 

• Knowledge ofReaact.js will be added advantage.
