Are you detail-oriented, capable of managing administrative tasks, and do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our team who will ensure smooth processing of sales orders from submission to invoicing. If you have experience with SAP, basic knowledge in the fields of logistics and trade, and can communicate in English, then we are looking for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing sales orders in the SAP system, including confirming deadlines and monitoring their progress
• Issuing delivery notes, packing lists, and responsibility for invoice management and control
• Organizing goods transportation and preparing documentation for customs clearance for imports and exports
• Managing the complaints system and communicating with customers

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP system SAP and good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• English language at B1 level
• Basic knowledge in the fields of finance, logistics, and trade
• Secondary school education (high school diploma)
