JOB DESCRIPTION:

Program Features and Benefits: 

• Challenging, innovative assignments that provide real-world experience in applying technical education to technology projects 

• Participate indesigning andbuildingITautomationcapabilities in conjunctionwith andother keystakeholder. Capabilities will primarily leverageAnsible, Terraformand industry standard tools like chef and puppet

Required Knowledge,Skills and Experience: 

• Must be a sophomore, junior or senior (undergraduate) or infirst year ofMaster's programpursuing a degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computational Statistics, DataScience or related technical field 

• A minimum 3.00 GPA isrequired (overall and major)  

• 6month+ year’s work experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning 

• 1+ years of codingproficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, SQL) 

• Interest in the Insurance Industry 

• Someprevious work experience preferred 

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and the ability to cultivate andmaintain positive business relationships 

• Strong organizationalskills 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Effective problem solving, analytical aptitude,learn quickly and embrace change 

• Ability to learn and change quickly 

• Demonstrated leadership ability 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future 

ProgramLocation: 

CNA’s corporateheadquartersis located in the heart ofdowntown Chicago at151 N Franklin St, near all public transportation from the city and suburbs. Theprogram willemploy a hybrid working model, alternating betweenworking in the office and from home.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. InDistrict of Columbia,California, Colorado, Connecticut,Illinois,Maryland,Massachusetts, New York and Washington,the national base pay range for this job level is $35,000 to $65,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
