We are currently adding drivers to an OTR fleet offering opportunities forexperienced solo drivers, qualified Driver Mentors, and newer CDL holders who still need to build experience.

All positions offer consistent OTR freight, weekly pay, and home time between runs.

Which Driving Path Fits You?

Experienced & Want to Run Solo?

Stay solo and run consistent OTR freight without driver unload.

Experienced drivers typically spend10–14 days on the road before returning home between trips.

Pay: $0.45–$0.55 CPM based on qualifying experience

You'll also have:

• No-touch freight
• Consistent OTR mileage
• Year-round freight
• Late-model equipment
• Weekly pay
• Additional incentive opportunities

Experienced & Interested in Mentoring?

Qualified drivers can choose to become aDriver Mentor and earn additional compensation while helping newer CDL holders gain OTR experience.

Mentor assignments generally last around11 days per student.

While actively mentoring, eligible drivers may earn:

$0.55–$0.65 CPM base pay
+ $0.10 CPM mentor compensation
+ Up to $0.10 CPM productivity compensation

Additional mileage and performance incentives may also apply.

Mentoring is optional. Drivers can return tosolo operation or take available home time between students rather than continuously accepting training assignments.

Recently Earned Your CDL?

You don't need three months of experience to apply.

Qualifying new Class A CDL holders can enter a training program that combines initial instruction with OTR training alongside an experienced mentor.

Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience earn$0.35 CPM while training and building experience.

Once three months of qualifying experience has been obtained, drivers may become eligible to move into the experienced pay range of$0.55–$0.65 CPM, based on applicable qualifications and experience.

Before You Apply

You must:

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Live within90 miles of Houston, TX
• Be at least 21 years old
• Meet applicable DOT and company qualification standards
• Be authorized to work in the United States

Drivers applying directly forSolo or Mentor positions must have at least3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

New CDL holders may be considered for available training opportunities.
