Theopportunity:You are a self-motivated, friendly retailer/customer service expert seeking a new challenge to join our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex,representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store likeit’s your own.  

Key accountabilities: 

• Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets 

• Maximize salesandpromote to all customers ourTravelex productrange  

• Embrace the digital mindsetvia social media – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram 

• Monitor stock levels andfully investigate overs and shorts (differences) andreport  

• Comply with all company and location policy and procedures,including legalrequirements 

Your experience:  

• Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude 

• Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills 

• Able to work independently and as a member of ateam 

• Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structuredenvironment 

• Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience isdesirable (but not essential) 

• Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy anddetail 

• A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs 

• Ability to build and managerelationships  across all levels, internally and externally
