Continuous Improvement Manager

Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives in our manufacturing plant. Be a key partner to the Plant Manager and local leadership team, driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and employee engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement projects across the site
• Drive Kaizen workshops and problem-solving activities
• Improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Work closely with shopfloor teams to identify and eliminate waste
• Promote Lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Root Cause Analysis
• Train and coach employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Production Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing environments and Lean transformations
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Hands-on approach and passion for process improvement
• Fluent English (international reporting line)

Nice to have

• Kaizen facilitation experience
• KPI management and performance reporting
• Digital Twin or AI experience
