Northwest Framing Systems is seekingexperienced Commercial Framers/Carpenters to join our team. We perform Commercial Wood Framing projects throughout Central Oregon and are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.

Our ideal candidate hasat least 2 years of framing or carpentry experience and wants to build a long-term career in the trade.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Practice proper safety procedures
• Ability to work in outdoor jobsite conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and saws
• Knowledge of building materials and framing processes
• Ability to read construction plans
• Basic technology use (Google Drive, email, iPads, apps)
• Spanish speakers encouraged to apply

WAGES

• Private Wage Range: $25.00 – $48.00+ depending on experience
• Prevailing Wage Opportunities: $64.00+ per hour
• Final pay rate determined byskills assessment and first month's performance
