Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

Oversees daily operations during assigned shifts at Burger King, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient service, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising team members, managing cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Supervise and direct team members during assigned shifts
* Ensure all Burger King operational standards are met, including food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
* Handle cash management accurately, including opening and closing registers, making deposits, and reconciling discrepancies.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
* Implement and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
* Assist in preparing food and serving customers when needed.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
* Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in basic math and cash handling procedures.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one upon hire, as required by local regulations.
