- Administer and supportNutanix AOS, Nutanix AHV, and VMware ESXi/vCenter environments.
- PerformVM provisioning, migration, cloning, snapshots, resource allocation, and lifecycle management.
- Monitor virtualization infrastructure forCPU, memory, storage, network, and VM performance issues.
- Manage and troubleshootNutanix clusters, Prism Central/Element, AHV hosts, storage, and cluster health.
- ManageVMware ESXi hosts and vCenter, including HA, DRS, datastore, networking, and host configuration.
- Provide administration and troubleshooting forCisco UCS servers, Fabric Interconnects, chassis, blades, and rack servers.
- Performhardware, firmware, and virtualization platform upgrades/patching following change-management procedures.
- Implement and maintainproactive monitoring and AIOps for infrastructure health, capacity, performance, and availability.
- Analyze alerts and events, performroot-cause analysis, and resolve recurring infrastructure issues.
- Develop and maintainPowerShell/PowerCLI scripts to automate routine administration and operational tasks.
- Automate activities such asVM provisioning, health checks, reporting, inventory collection, capacity checks, and remediation.
- Supportbackup, disaster recovery, replication, and business continuity activities for virtualized workloads.
- Troubleshootcompute, storage, networking, and virtualization-related incidents and coordinate with hardware/network/vendor teams when required.
- Maintain infrastructuredocumentation, SOPs, configuration records, and operational procedures.
- Participate inincident, problem, and change management processes.
- Monitor capacity and provide recommendations forresource optimization and infrastructure growth.
- Follow security, compliance, and infrastructurebest practices.
- Provideon-call/shift support for critical virtualization and data-center environments, if required.
