- Lead Software Engineer / Technical Lead
- 10+ years software development experience
- Expert inJava and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration).
- Strong experience building REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and SQL (MySQL, Oracle).
- Experience with message brokers and streaming (Kafka).
- Proficient with containerization (Docker) and basicAWS experience (environment variables, step functions, Terraform modifications).
- Experience in unit and integration testing (JUnit, Spock) and test automation practices.
- Familiarity with Python for data validation and scripting tasks.
- Experience with front‑end collaboration and modern web technologies (AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Groovy/Grails and legacy web frameworks is beneficial.
- Strong problem solving, communication and cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
- English language proficiency for technical communication.
- Additional Java EE technologies exposure: EJB, JSF, JPA/Hibernate, Struts
