As Performance Controller (f/m/d), you will help turn financial data into meaningful insights and support management in making informed business decisions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director Financial Performance Management NPE Division located in Düsseldorf, you will work in an international and dynamic environment with a high degree of responsibility.
Responsibilities / Tasks
Your responsibilities
- Preparemonthly management reporting, including actual vs. target analysis, and support the planning process
- Extract, validate and analyzelarge data volumes from different sources
- Turn complex data intoclear visualizations and management presentations
- Preparead hoc analyses and special evaluations to support business decisions
- Develop and optimizecontrolling processes, reporting tools and data quality
- Identify opportunities to makefinancial performance management more efficient and transparent
Your Profile / Qualifications
Your profile
- University degree inEconomics, Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Several years of relevant experience incontrolling, financial performance management, management reporting or a comparable role are an advantage
- Confident user ofSAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Analysis for Office and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Think-Cell is a plus
- Stronganalytical and conceptual thinking, combined with an affinity for numbers and digital tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability topresent complex information clearly
- Fluent inGerman and English and comfortable working in an international environment
- Independent, proactive and structured working style with a strongteam-oriented mindset
