As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for the successful delivery of extraordinary clientexperiences and support to maximize on sales opportunities. THE ROLES

As a Style Advisor, youwill:

• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled stylingexpertise

• Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorablemoments

• Build deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity toAritzia

As a Service Advisor, youwill:

• Welcomeclients

• Match clients with their product and direct to the right Service Counter

• Prepare the product to beprocessed

• Efficiently and accurately processtransactions

• Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience

• Support operations at the Service Counter

As an Inventory Associate, youwill:

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and ourclients

• Strategically place product in the backroom

• Uphold the standards of productdisplay

• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shoppingexperiences

• Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk andOperations

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 USD perhour.
