CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is looking for anAudit Director or Audit Manager to join our growing Carolantaville Manufacturing and Logistics Industry team. This in-office role can be based inCharlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem. As a key client advisor, you'll partner with manufacturing organizations to deliver audit services, provide business insights, and help clients navigate complex challenges with confidence.

How you’llcreate opportunities in thisAudit Director or Manager role:

• Lead and oversee audit and assurance engagements for CLA’s manufacturing clients, guiding them through all phases of the engagement lifecycle while delivering exceptional client service and value.
• Drive engagement strategy, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and execution, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and aligned with client expectations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and key decision-maker for client engagements, proactively communicating progress, recommendations, and significant developments to Engagement Principals and client leadership.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams by recruiting top talent, providing coaching and technical guidance, managing performance, and supporting professional growth opportunities.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by discussing engagement objectives, scope, timelines, and fees, ensuring a seamless experience from engagement letter through final deliverables.
• Review and enhance audit programs and internal control evaluations, providing technical oversight and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Monitor engagement performance, budgets, and deadlines while identifying opportunities to improve processes, deliver insights, and create meaningful value for clients.
• Facilitate impactful client meetings, presenting findings, recommendations, and strategic insights that help organizations make informed business decisions.

What you will need:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm, driving strategic management required.
• CPA license certification is required.

• You love to work with clients’ to help their businesses succeed strategically.
