Odoo Implementation Specialist

About the Role

AGAD Technology is expanding its digital operations and looking for afull-time Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead and accelerate our ERP rollout.
You will be themain driver of Odoo across all company departments — ensuring smooth implementation, customization, data integrity, and adoption of the system across Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, and Accounting modules.

This is a strategic position where you’ll work closely with leadership totransform business workflows into efficient, automated processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead theend-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, Accounting, Dashboards).
• Work directly with stakeholders toanalyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules usingOdoo Studio, Python, and custom module development.
• Managedata migration, system integrations (APIs), and report/dashboard creation.
• Ensure compliance withaccounting standards, payroll, and HR operational flows within Odoo.
• Overseesystem testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with management to design and improveperformance and financial dashboards.
• Manage Odoo hosting environments (Odoo.sh, PostgreSQL, Linux).

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation across multiple business modules.
• Strong knowledge ofFinance and Accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Technical proficiency inPython,Odoo Studio, andcustom module development.
• Experience withdata migration,API integrations, andreporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Odoo certification or formal training is highly preferred.
• Familiarity withOdoo.sh, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments.
