As part of our Value Case Transformation within Global Network under Strategy & Consulting, you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions, translating business needs into scalable architectures and technology roadmaps while guiding multidisciplinary teams and partnering with senior clients and stakeholders.

š What will you do?
- Lead the design and delivery ofend-to-end technology solutions, from business requirements to architecture and implementation.
- DriveProcess Mining and BPM initiatives leveraging SAP, Signavio, Celonis or similar platforms.
- Define solutions combiningAutomation, Cloud, Data and Analytics, using technologies such as Power Platform, Python, APIs, Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Lead the adoption and integration ofAI / GenAI, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
- Evaluate solutions consideringscalability, cost, security, risks and business impact.
- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and act as a bridge betweenbusiness, architecture, data, AI and engineering teams.
- Partner withsenior stakeholders and clients, leading technical discussions and providing solution recommendations.
- Contribute tosolution estimations, proposals and business development initiatives.

- Experience inconsulting, business process transformation, BPM or process improvement.
- Hands-on experience withProcess Mining / BPM, particularly SAP, Signavio and/or Celonis.
- Experience withAutomation technologies, including Power Platform, Python, APIs or scripting.
- Experience withCloud & Data platforms, such as Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge ofsolution/cloud architecture, integrations, deployment and security.
- Experience withBI & Analytics, including Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience withAI / GenAI solutions, including RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
- Proven experienceleading technical delivery, multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders.
- Experience withsolution estimations and proposal development is a plus.
