At Four Seasons, exceptional guest experiences begin long before arrival. Our Reservations team plays a vital role in creating personalised and seamless journeys, helping guests plan their stay while delivering the warm and intuitive service for which Four Seasons is renowned.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Reservations Agent to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract, expected to run until October 2027.

The role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, providing knowledgeable, professional, and personalised service throughout the booking process.

You will be responsible for handling reservations, amendments, and general enquiries for all Four Seasons UK Collection properties. Through your product knowledge and consultative approach, you will help guests find the perfect stay while maximising revenue opportunities for the hotel.

What you will do

• Handle room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest enquiries professionally and accurately
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on room types, hotel facilities, dining experiences, and local attractions
• Maintain a strong understanding of hotel products, services, and promotional offers
• Support reservations across Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, and Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire
• Accurately update guest profiles and reservation details within hotel systems
• Respond to guest enquiries via telephone and email in line with Four Seasons standards
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through upselling and personalised recommendations
• Work closely with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and Guest Relations teams to support a seamless guest experience
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all bookings

What we are looking for

• Previous experience within Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services, or a similar hospitality role
• Experience within a luxury hotel environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
• Commercial awareness and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Experience using Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is advantageous
• Good spoken and written English
• Right to Work in the UK

What to expect

• 12 month fixed term contract expected to run until October 2027
• Full time position based on a 40 hour working week
• Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
• Flexibility required across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
