Position Overview

TheIT Security Analyst Intern will play a key role in supporting the organization's information security posture across day-to-day operations and security-driven projects. This position acts as a crucial link between the security team and business units, helping to identify, track, and remediate risks that impact systems, data, and users across retail stores, distribution centers, and the home office. • Learn and assist with monitoring security alerts and logs (SIEM, endpoint, network) to help identify potential incidents.

  • Support vulnerability management activities, including scanning, tracking remediation progress, and documenting findings.

  • Help maintain and test security controls across retail stores, distribution centers, and home office environments.

  • Assist with security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations and employee training content.

  • Exposure to security tools, concepts, or coursework (SIEM, vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, etc.) is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contribute ideas, and own portions of projects through completion.
