Sr. Business Analyst

Job Description

NOVACES is seeking a qualifiedBusiness Analyst (Senior) to support the Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) under the Business Management Support Services contract. The selected candidate will provide senior-level analytical support, interpret complex data sets, and deliver actionable insights to support DoD military and civilian stakeholders.

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

• Interpret findings and communicate results clearly to senior-level stakeholders

• Utilize data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and process modeling software to support decision-making

• Identify root causes of operational and business challenges and develop effective, data-driven solutions

• Support business operations analysis, financial considerations, and strategic planning initiatives

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government personnel and contractor partners

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, consistent communication across teams

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higherin a general business-related field.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree in a general business-related field, a minimum of three (3)additional years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
• Experience working with the Armed Services Blood Program or related blood program.
