Piping Integration Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Uphold exemplary HSSE and ethical standards in accordance with Project requirements and Company policies, ensuring compliance within your scope of responsibility.
2. Assist the FPSO Hull & Integration Manager and Topsides organisation in contractor liaison across all assigned disciplines, applying international standards, Company rules, and Project procedures.
3. Review and approve all deliverables and documentation to ensure compliance with HSSEQ requirements, applicable codes, standards, and Project specifications; identify deviations, design issues, and constructability concerns.
4. Serve as the primary contractor contact for technical queries, deviation requests, and non-conformance reports related to piping integration disciplines.
5. Participate in project reviews (HAZOP, HAZID, SPOT, ODR, PTR) and conduct Safety/Technical Audits as required.
6. Manage engineering interfaces and actively liaise with Hull, Topsides, Mooring Specialists, and other package engineers to ensure consistency and resolve discipline-related conflicts.
7. Support procurement activities and maintain timely liaison with the Procurement team for discipline-related matters.
8. Coordinate piping integration activities between topside modules, hull interfaces, utility systems and marine systems during fabrication, lifting, setting and hook-up phases.
9. Monitor field execution of piping tie-ins, spool installation, fit-up, alignment checks, closure welds, testing and mechanical completion activities.
10. Manage module-to-module and module-to-hull piping interfaces; participate in walkdowns, punch listing, system completion reviews and subsystem handover processes.
11. Monitor construction progress, identify impacts on integration sequence and commissioning schedule, and coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Engineering teams.
12. Review field changes, technical queries, NCRs and concession requests; support resolution of constructability issues and propose practical site solutions.
13. Provide timely reporting to the FPSO Hull & Integration Manager on progress and concerns; anticipate problems, identify optimisations, and propose solutions regarding assigned disciplines.

**Qualifications:**

• **Professional Experience:** Minimum 8 years in offshore oil & gas, FPSO, FLNG, refinery, or petrochemical projects, with at least 5 years in piping construction, fabrication, integration, or yard execution roles.
• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or Marine/Naval Engineering.
• **Languages:** Fluent Mandarin and working-level English (mandatory).
• **Preferred Qualifications:** FPSO integration yard experience; experience in Chinese fabrication yards (COSCO, BOMESC, CIMC Raffles, or COOEC).
