About the Role:
We are looking for an experiencedNon-IT Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring to support high-volume recruitment for roles such as customer service, sales, operations, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute bulk hiring strategies for non-IT positions across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through job fairs, campus drives, social media, and vendor partnerships.
- Conduct walk-in drives and coordinate large-scale recruitment events.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for large batches.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, training institutes, and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5= years of experience in bulk hiring for non-IT roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and MS Excel for reporting.
- Experience in BPO/KPO or large-scale hiring environments.
- Strong networking and vendor management skills.
