Job Summary
We are looking for an experiencedNode.js Lead to support application modernization initiatives. The candidate will lead the design and development of scalable backend applications usingNode.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend APIs.
The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can make technical decisions, ensure code quality, and work closely with development, QA, architecture, business, and client teams.

- Strong knowledge ofJavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience developingbackend APIs and applications
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and application integration
- Experience with debugging and production application support
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- AWS / Cloud-native development
- Microservices architecture
- Event-driven architecture
- Experience with scalable and highly available backend systems
- Lead thedesign and development of scalable Node.js backend applications
- Own technical decisions related toperformance, security, reliability, and code quality
- Conduct code reviews and establish development standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
- Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, QA, product, and client teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support production applications
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, risk identification, and delivery tracking
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise development and security standards
