About the Role

Are you passionate about bringing new technology products and services to life? As aSenior Repair Services & NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer, you will play a critical role in launching, optimizing, and sustaining repair, testing, and service programs for leading technology solutions.

In this highly visible role, you will lead cross-functional projects that support product onboarding, process development, test engineering, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, and customer teams to deliver innovative service solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & New Program Introduction

• Lead the onboarding of new products, services, repair programs, and customer projects.
• Define project scope, resource requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support quotation development by providing technical expertise, effort estimates, and resource planning.
• Manage projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, supply chain, scheduling, and sales teams to execute project plans.
• Drive accountability for project milestones and follow up on critical action items.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and operations teams to implement new service programs and process improvements.

Test Engineering & Product Development

• Design, develop, and validate test equipment, software applications, fixtures, and packaging solutions.
• Develop test scripts, validation procedures, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ensure new products and solutions meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Support technical documentation, implementation plans, and ongoing product enhancements.

Repair & Process Engineering

• Develop repair procedures, support processes, troubleshooting guides, and manufacturing work instructions.
• Train operational teams on repair methodologies, product architecture, schematics, firmware functionality, Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Continuously improve repair processes, efficiency, and service quality.
• Install and configure services according to approved implementation plans.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, repair services, manufacturing integration, test engineering, or New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Experience supporting technologies such as: Storage systems Network switches Servers Broadband equipment Retail point-of-sale systems Medical devices
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience developing automated test equipment and validation processes.
• Experience working with product lifecycle management and engineering change processes.
• Additional regional language capabilities.

Working Conditions

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime based on business needs.
• Domestic travel may be required.
• Must be able to lift and move materials up to 40 lbs.
• Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.

Salary Range Requirement

Actual annual compensation offered for this exemptrole will be a minimum annual salary of $90,000 based on several variables including length and depth of work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
