Night Tobacco Room Lead

Cash-Wa Distributing is looking for a career-minded individual that is comfortable working in a goal-oriented position that can also handle fast-paced decision making on a daily basis. This person will be working with other supervisors and managers to help solve problems and create clear paths of communication.

Job Duties: 

• Stack tobacco totes on correct pallets and label them correctly
• Learn to operate a pallet jack and possibly a forklift
• Analyze order selector picking speed
• Monitor order selector and picking errors and go over them with employees
• Work with loaders to guarantee each route is properly stacked
• Handle internal department disputes and issues
• Assessment of total tobacco pieces and move personnel around if needed
• Perform employee evaluations
• Maintain and assist on stamping machines
• Perform checks and balances of tax stamps nightly
• Work with managers to accommodate nightly warehouse needs

• Warehouse Manager
• Operations Manager
