While the home may be quieter overnight, the care our residents receive remains just as important.

We're looking for compassionate and dependable Night Care Assistants to join our experienced team at Beacons' View.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys night working and understands the importance of providing calm, reassuring support throughout the night.

About the Role

As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you'll support residents with their overnight needs while helping to maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting residents with personal care

• Carrying out regular welfare checks

• Assisting with repositioning and continence care

• Responding to call bells

• Maintaining accurate care records

• Supporting the smooth running of the home overnight

You'll work alongside an experienced team, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout the night.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Is calm, compassionate and dependable

✔ Enjoys working as part of a team

✔ Can work confidently overnight

✔ Is committed to delivering high standards of care

Experience supporting people living with dementia would be an advantage.

Important Information

This is a permanent full-time position working 20:00pm–08:00am, including weekends on a rolling rota.

Due to the rural location of the home, applicants should be able to travel reliably to and from Beacons' View for all scheduled shifts.

All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
