Studio Development Experience in Nice CxOne(Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
Configuration of Agents, Skill, Campaign, HOOP, Workflow data item creation and handling
Experience in designing reports and understanding them.
Experience in developing and debugging routing solutions using Nice CxOne and Nice CxOne Studio.
Working knowledge of Nice Framework, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components
Knowledge on Nice CxOne Analytics and Interactions.
Ability to architect routing design and development for the customer
Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Sales force integration will be added advantage
Auto Attendant creation and Setup
Good understanding of Digital channel,
