About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8–12+ years
- Strong hands-on architecture and implementation experience with NICE CXone
- Ability to design enterprise-scale solutions covering voice, IVR, omnichannel routing, digital channels, agent experience and integrations
- Strong knowledge of CXone Studio, ACD/routing, APIs, SDKs and authentication/integration patterns
- Experience architecting integrations with CRM, Conversational AI, Voice AI, WFM/WEM, recording and enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, telephony, Client/carrier connectivity and contact-center call flows
- Knowledge of CXone's API/SDK ecosystem and custom application integration. NICE documents Agent, Mobile and Chat Web SDKs as part of its developer ecosystem. NiCE CXone Developer Community
- Programming knowledge: JavaScript/TypeScript strongly preferred; Node.js/Python desirable. The current CXone Agent SDK is TypeScript-based. NiCE CXone Agent SDK
- Ability to create HLD/LLD, integration architecture, call-flow designs and technical solution documentation
- Experience with security, resiliency, scalability, monitoring and production deployment
- Able to lead technical workshops, solution design and engineering teams
Required:
- Relevant NICE CXone technical/implementation certification
- Advanced NICE CXone certification aligned to the solution area
- AWS/Azure cloud certification
- Additional CCaaS or contact-center architecture certification
- Strong Differentiators
- NICE CXone + Conversational AI / Voice AI experience
- Migration experience from legacy contact-center platforms to CXone
- Experience integrating CXone with major CRM platforms
- Multi-region/global CCaaS deployment experience
