Vendor to provide profile as per provided JD requirements.
JD:
- Manage and supportCustomer Interaction Platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Provideend-to-end platform ownership, including monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Design, develop, and maintainintegrations between CTI systems and CRM platforms.
- Implement and manageAPI integrations with internal and external systems.
- Work onNICE CXone configurations, including routing, scripting, and platform enhancements.
- Hands on development usingNICE CX One Studio
- Build and maintainsecure authentication mechanisms using SSO/SAML frameworks.
- Develop and maintainCI/CD pipelines for deployment automation and platform updates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, infrastructure, security) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Knowledge oncloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Ensure adherence tosecurity, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Performroot cause analysis and implement preventive measures for production issues.
- Continuously optimize platform performance and user experience.
