About The Client:
Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with project teams to design migration strategies from Cisco UCCE/UCCX to NICE CXone.
- Assess existing Cisco infrastructure and map functionalities to CXone equivalents.
- Configure NICE CXone environments including IVR, ACD, routing, and integrations.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, etc.).
- Conduct functional and performance testing during migration phases.
- Validate call flows, routing logic, and reporting post-migration.
- Resolve technical issues during migration and post-cutover.
- Work closely with Cisco and NICE support teams for escalations
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contact center related technologies and experience in NICE CXone CCaaS.
- Strong knowledge of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX).
- Experience with SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in contact center migration projects.
- NICE CXone modules (IVR, ACD, WFM, Studio).
- Cisco CUCM, CVP, Finesse, and related components.
- NICE CXone certification.
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP Collaboration
