We give Entrepreneurs time back to focus on what they love doing - growing their business and being with customers. With a surging number of Entrepreneurs globally, we are innovating in a highly lucrative space.
We operate across 3 business segments:

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses
Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 17,500 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 600 staff with an intact startup mindset. We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia. Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Asia Pacific.
Mission of the role
Own organic and AI-search performance across Sleek's four core markets and convert that visibility into leads. The primary KPI is to generate leads from organic and AI traffic and convert into new customers. This role exists to fix the conversion gap the current setup can't: our funnel is constrained by lead conversion, not traffic — the two failing markets (AU, UK) fall short on target because visitors don't convert, not because pages don't rank.
Key outcomes In the first 6–12 months
Outcome 1: Grow leads through high-intent traffic
Lift monthly leads to the +15% stretch requirement by March 2027 — SG ~446, HK ~223, AU ~134, UK ~146 — by growing qualified organic + AI traffic to commercial/service pages ~10–15% above current trajectory and winning the high-intent, transactional queries that bring buyers.
Traffic growth here is in service of lead volume on pages that convert — not informational traffic that doesn't.
Identify the high-intent commercial/transactional queries where Sleek's service pages under-rank, and close those gaps.
Fix cannibalization where informational blogs absorb traffic owed to commercial pages; consolidate or re-point intent.
Build internal-linking and funnel paths from informational content to the commercial pages that convert.
Prioritise commercial-page visibility and lead capture over raw informational traffic.
Outcome 2: Lift site-user-to-lead conversion
Land the four markets on the 15% stretch by March 2027 to SG ~1.29×, HK ~1.26×, AU ~1.85×, UK ~1.05× on current lead rate — moving combined Organic+AI attainment to ~92–100% of target with December as mid-point check.
Establish per-market conversion baselines and instrument site-user→lead tracking across all four sites.
Diagnose drop-off on the highest-traffic non-converting pages; prioritise CRO reworks over new content.
Own the AU conversion-recovery investigation (1.3%→0.6% drop) as a first-90-days deliverable.
Ship structured CRO fixes (CTAs, form friction, intent alignment, page structure) with product and engineering.
Report baseline, test results and per-market progress monthly.
Outcome 3: Grow new customers from AI/LLM-referred discovery
+50% new customers attributable to AI/LLM-referred traffic vs current baseline by March 2027, plus a lift in AI citation / share-of-voice on priority tracked queries.
Audit site structure, schema and content for LLM extractability gaps.
Strengthen E-E-A-T, structured content and citeable formatting on priority pages.
Track brand citation and AI-referral attribution monthly (PEEC/Bing AI tracking is still maturing — expect to harden measurement).
Build the AI-visibility reporting the team currently lacks.
Must-have experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience across technical, on-page and off-page SEO, managing a large page inventory in a B2B or eCommerce organisation.
- Proven CRO impact with quantified outcomes, specifically improving site-user→lead / funnel conversion rather than only improving rankings or traffic.
- Hands-on experience building and scaling programmatic SEO using data-driven, templated pages across large page inventories.
- Deep technical SEO experience, including Core Web Vitals, structured data / JSON-LD schema, site architecture, crawl budget, and indexation.
- Applied AI-search / GEO experience with measurable outcomes, including experience with brand-citation tracking, AI-referral analysis, and structuring pages for LLM extraction.
- Hands-on experience designing and building AI-driven workflows, automations or agents for SEO, CRO, analytics or related marketing processes.
- Strong experience with behavioural-analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Hotjar and CRM platforms such as HubSpot; GA4 and GSC assumed baseline.
- Proven ability to work directly with Product and Engineering teams to get SEO and CRO changes shipped, rather than working through an account-management layer.
- Experience in a considered-purchase / professional-services category such as fintech, legal, accounting, compliance, or B2B services is preferred.
Must-have attributes
Conversion-driven: Optimises for leads and new customers; treats rankings and traffic as means, not end.
Ownership: Accountable for conversion performance and revenue impact across markets.
Systems thinker: Understands how traffic, conversion, AI visibility and content interact — and builds systems across them.
Structured Thinking: Prioritises across four markets, many services, and competing levers.
Data Driven: Diagnoses with data; distinguishes signal from noise; doesn't act on single-month blips.
Can Have Tough Conversations in a Positive Way: Able to challenge assumptions, communicate clearly, and work constructively with stakeholders when priorities or approaches differ.
Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:
- Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. We move fast and need to know that everyone will see things through to completion and proactively help to get things back on track when challenges arise. Accountability is really important to us.
- Humility: There is so much we don't know. Humility allows for open-mindedness to feedback and a willingness to learn from others. It paves the way for collaboration and creates a positive work environment. It is a key ingredient of self awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Structured Thinking: Our business is complex with many layers (many services, many countries, many cultures). Regardless of whether you're more analytical or creative in nature, being able to show sound judgement is important to us. It ensures solutions are pragmatic and balance the needs of the organisation, team and customers.
- Attention to detail: You'll be managing multiple, complex workstreams from numerous stakeholders. It will be important for you to keep track of everything and notice when information is missing or inconsistent.
- Excellent listener and clear communicator: We have a variety of nationalities and for many people, English isn't their first language. For you to excel, you'll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business.
The interview process
The successful candidate will participate in the following interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.
TA Screen / One-way Video Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and a TA screen with the member of the Hiring Tam
AI Assessment: Candidates who pass TA screening will be invited to complete an AI assessment. Candidates will have 3 days to complete the assessment, after which the hiring team will review the submission and determine whether to progress the candidate to the technical skills round.
Technical Round: A ~60–90 minute live test conducted by the Hiring Manager to assess SEO, CRO, technical SEO, AI-search/GEO knowledge, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to prioritise and execute against commercial outcomes.
Soft Skills Round: A ~60 minute interview conducted by Head of E-commerce to evaluate real-world work scenarios against our core behavioural values.
Reference Verification: Prior to final offer confirmation, we will conduct one professional reference check with your recent direct manager or supervisor. To keep the process moving smoothly, this step may be initiated during the final interview stages.
