Our DigitalChange EnablementBusiness Analysis team collects and analyzes requirements and solves client problems using solutions. It serves as a liaison between Avanade clients and consultants, particularly during initial project phases.

Whatyou’ll do  

Change Management, Adoption & Impact 

• Shape change strategiesincluding stakeholder mapping, communications, and enablement. 

• Design adoption approaches that shiftbehaviour, not just deliver training. 

• Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions land smoothly and stick. 

• Measure impact through adoption, usage, and business outcomes. 

Team Leadership 

• Lead and mentor consultants, analysts, and designers on engagements. 

• Set quality standards for storytelling, workshop design, and client outputs. 

• Contribute to practice growth through assets, offerings, and points of view. 

• Support sales activities including discovery workshops and proposal shaping. 

Business Analysis 

• Support the translation of client business requirements into Avanade X solutions, includingrequirements approval, communication, traceability, and reuse. 

• Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams. 

• Use Avanade X workflow technology to automate business processes. 

• Stay abreast on updates and new releases in Microsoft technologies. 

• Educate end users on Avanade X functionality 

About you

• You are a strong analytical thinker. You enjoy translating client business needs into software capabilities and making sure that end users are adept at using those features. You are a big-picture thinker who knows how to bring improvement to complex systems. 

• Ability to effectivelyfacilitaterequirements gathering sessions.  

• Understanding of the bridge between experience design and engineering. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written andoral .  

• Ability to effectively bridge the gap betweenthe business and IT organizations.  

• Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to solution design across a broad range of industries.   

• Strong time management skills.   

• Understanding of various software deliverymethodologies .
