Account Manager - Social Media

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Develop platform strategies specific to clients’ unique needs
• Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing contentand to capitalize on real-time trends
• Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative,brand management, and client teams as necessary
• Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for brands, andcommunicate with online communities in a timely manner
• Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to brandgrowth and help to reach client and agency goals
• Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establishour clients as leaders in their industries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on thefollowing platforms:

Instagram

TikTok

X

Facebook

• Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee andcoordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks
• 2+ years of client-facing communication experience
• Experience pulling and analyzing social media platform metrics in order to buildtactical recommendations
• Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable,new whitespaces
