Clinical Manager / Alternate Director of Nursing – RN

About the role

The Clinical Manager / Alternate Director of Nursing supports clinical oversight, quality, staff supervision, and continuity of care for Celebrity Home Health, Inc.

What you will do

Supervise and support clinical personnel; review assessments, OASIS documentation, plans of care, orders, and case coordination; assist with competencies, audits, QAPI, infection prevention, incident response, and regulatory readiness; and serve in delegated leadership functions as authorized.

Qualifications

Active Nevada RN license or valid compact privilege, current BLS/CPR, and relevant supervisory or home health experience are required. OASIS and Medicare home health knowledge are strongly preferred. Employment is contingent on license verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.
