The Assistant Administrator / Operations Manager supports daily agency operations, regulatory readiness, workforce coordination, and dependable service delivery as Celebrity Home Health, Inc. grows.

What you will do

Coordinate administrative workflows, staffing support, vendor and office operations, records, training follow-up, reporting, onboarding, policy implementation, and cross-functional projects; assist leadership with survey readiness, QAPI, emergency preparedness, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

Healthcare or home health operations experience, strong organization, professional communication, discretion, and proficiency with digital systems are required. Supervisory experience and knowledge of Medicare home health operations are preferred. Employment is contingent on background and exclusion screening and verification of education and experience.
