About the role

The Home Health Administrator leads agency operations and supports compliant, high-quality delivery of skilled home health services in Nevada.

What you will do

Direct administrative operations; coordinate clinical leadership, staffing, finance, compliance, QAPI, emergency preparedness, policies, reporting, and survey readiness; oversee performance and resources; and maintain effective communication with the governing body and agency teams.

Qualifications

Must satisfy applicable CMS and Nevada administrator qualifications. A licensed physician, RN, or qualifying undergraduate degree plus required health-services administrative or supervisory experience is expected. Home health leadership and Medicare certification experience are strongly preferred. Employment is contingent on education and experience verification, background and exclusion screening, and any applicable license verification.
