| Description: Required talent with 4 to 6 years' experience in understanding the technical requirements from customer, setting up and configuring new DEX tool (Nexthink). As part of the steady state, maintain and enhance the DEX configurations and new features. - Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink modules (Infinity, Amplify, Act, Engage, etc.). - Proficiency in Nexthink Query Language (NQL) for data exploration and investigations. - Should have knowledge in PowerShell scripting for custom Remote Actions. - Automate workflows and monitoring tasks using PowerShell, NQL (Nexthink Query Language), Develop, test and release script to production use. - Skilled in create and maintain custom dashboard. - Create custom Campaign (Survey, Remote Action based, knowledge, etc.). - Configuring Alerts, Application Experience, Amplify, Software metering and Workflow. - Knowledge in Integrations with different tool (ITSM, ServiceNow, Chatbot and Intune). - Identify automations (self-help / self-heal) use cases. |
