Role Descriptions: Design scalable end-to-end Nexthink solution architectures aligned with business and IT strategies Lead implementation and deployment of Nexthink components (Collector| Engine| Portal| Act| Engage| Finder) Develop and optimize DEX use cases to proactively monitor and improve endpoint performance Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Nexthink-driven solutions Analyze Nexthink data to deliver actionable insights on user experience and endpoint health Design and implement automation and self-healing remediation workflows Integrate Nexthink with ITSM tools (e.g.| ServiceNow) and enterprise platforms (SCCM| Intune| AD) Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement against KPIs and SLAs Ensure compliance with security| governance| and data privacy standards Provide technical leadership| documentation| and knowledge transfer to teams and stakeholders
