About the role 

We are looking for a confident and engaging News Reporter to join our News team and create high-quality video content from major industry events. 

The role will involve interviewing speakers, clients, industry professionals and other interesting personalities,identifying relevantstories and producing content forSiGMA’s media and social channels. 

What you will do 

• Conduct interviews with speakers, clients, industry professionals and other relevant guests atSiGMA events. 

• Research andidentify interesting people,stories and topics worth covering before and during events. 

• Prepare interview questions and adapt them naturally during conversations. 

• Create short-form video content, including interviews,reels and social media content. 

• Attend industry events and report on key developments,people and trends. 

• Build relationships with industry professionals andidentify opportunities for future stories and interviews. 

What we are looking for 

• Previous experience asa
  on-cameraReporter,Journalist, VideoJournalist or similar role. 

• Strong experience workingin front of a camera,conductinginterviews and presenting content. 

• A confident, natural on-camera presence and the ability to engagedifferent types of people. 

• Strong interviewing,communication and storytelling skills. 

• Ability to research a topic quickly, ask relevantquestions and keep conversationsengaging. 

• Experience creating video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more 

• Strong communication skills in Russian. 

• Travel within the EU.
