Experienced Bartender

are the ambassadors to eachof thebrands we representby providingan exceptional experience for guests through excellent customer service andteamwork. NLH businesses include Crossroads Collective Food Hall;Pharmacy Bar inside Crossroads Collective Food Hall; Shanghai, a classic yet modern speakeasy in Black Cat Alley; and Canopy Bar, a private bar
located on the 25th floor of the luxurious and restorative Ascent apartment building. Throughout the summer, we also open outdoor bars in Ivanhoe Plaza and Black Cat Alley forspecial events. 

CurrentOpening 

We are looking for an experienced, professional bartender who can work independently inone or moreof our
bars.  

Core Skills and Qualifications 

Required 

• Two or more years ofbartending experience 

• Available to work at least3 shifts per week
  includingnights and weekends, as needed 

• Mustmaintain a valid bartender’s license for duration of employment 

• Ability to develop andmaintain positive working relationships with both colleagues andgueststhrough excellent communication and customer service skills 

• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment 

Job Duties, including but not limited to: 

• Stocking the bar before and after each shift with all required ingredients and supplies, including following recipes for batches, syrups, cutting garnishes, juices,etc.   

• Consistently preparing all menu items according to their instructions; including craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and N/A options   

• Putting orders away as they are delivered 

• Preparing light snacks from the bar menu 

• Providing excellent customer service
  toall Canopy guests 

• Completing opening/closing duties andside-workthroughout shift 

• Ringing in all orders through the POS system,processing payment, and cash handling 

• Upholding the integrity of the beverage program witha high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service 

• Reportingout of stock itemsto supervisor
  to ensure adequate ordering for the next week
