Responsibilities
- Configure, enhance, and support Newgen APIs and integration components based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform hands-on Newgen platform configuration, including workflows, interfaces, rules, and system integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs and integrations between Newgen and enterprise applications.
- Partner with business analysts, developers, architects, and application teams to translate requirements into technical configurations.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and provide production support as needed.
- Perform testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of configuration changes.
- Follow healthcare data security, privacy, change-management, and application-support standards.
- Strong hands-on experience with Newgen API configuration.
- Strong experience configuring Newgen platforms/applications in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with APIs, web services, system integrations, and application configuration.
- Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be local to the client location and able to meet any onsite/hybrid requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
Business Analyst – ITS / Data Mapping
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong requirements-gathering and data analysis skills to support healthcare-related business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) and data mapping, and will be comfortable working across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testing teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
- Support initiatives involving ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform data mapping between source and target systems, including field-level mapping, data definitions, and transformation requirements.
- Analyze business processes and system functionality to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support testing activities, including requirements validation, defect clarification, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain business requirements documents, process flows, data mapping documentation, and related project artifacts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System).
- Strong data mapping experience.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be local to the client location and able to meet onsite or hybrid requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior healthcare or health insurance experience.
- Experience supporting payer, claims, enrollment, eligibility, or related healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional project teams.
