The Supply Chain Co-op (Jan-Jul 2027) develops leaders within the Supply Chain Management organization of Kenvue and will be responsible for business critical reporting in addition to supporting special projects. 
There are multiple open positions across our Supply Chain and Operations teams, all will be based at our Summit, NJ HQ.

The Supply Chain Co-op is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in supply chain operations, working closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks, and integrating academic study with practical on-the-job training:Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiencyÂ
Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savingsÂ
Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to meet business objectivesÂ
Participate in inventory management and demand forecasting activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain functionÂ
Support supply chain operationsÂ
Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategiesÂ
Support the coordination of logistics and transportation activitiesÂ
Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunitiesÂ
Present project work and key accomplishments to leadership and Kenvue employeesÂ

What we are looking forÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
Candidate must be actively enrolled, pursuing either a Bachelors degree, and be at least a sophomore
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)Â
A minimum GPA of 3.0 Cumulative is strongly preferredÂ
Possess a strong interest in supply chain managementÂ
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detailÂ
Ability to work effectively in a team environmentÂ
Candidate must be able to work full time (40 hours per week) during the duration of the co-op position
Hybrid role based in Summit, NJ. Candidate must have reliable transportation to and from work

Desired QualificationsÂ
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)Â
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members; proven leadership abilityÂ
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesÂ
Passion for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional developmentÂ
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency Â
Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently within a matrix environment where tight timelines existÂ
Willingness to investigate, solve, and leverage data to develop recommendations
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus
The position will pay $22.75 - $26.00/hour based on academic year. Please disregard the range below.

Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges:
$20.00 - $45.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
