We need Production Team Member to join our Worcester Team!!!

Shift- Sunday 330pm to 12am / Thursdays, Friday & Saturdays 6am to 430pm (Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays Off)

Position Summary

The Production Team Member is responsible for processing, handling, sorting, washing, drying, finishing, folding, packing, and preparing linens and other textile products for delivery to customers. This position plays an essential role in maintaining production efficiency, meeting quality standards, and ensuring that all linens are processed according to company procedures, customer specifications, and established safety and hygiene requirements.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial laundry environment.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position works in an industrial laundry facility where employees may be exposed to heat, humidity, noise, wet floors, moving equipment, and repetitive physical activities.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, repetitive hand and arm movements, and handling linen bundles and materials. Employees must follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Specific lifting requirements and other physical demands should be established according to the actual duties of the position.

• Previous experience in an industrial laundry, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks and handle linen bundles throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials as required by the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and use required personal protective equipment.
