Feladatok:

• Dokumentumok előkészítése és postázása ügyfelek részére – hatósági ügyintézéshez kapcsolódóan;
• Üzemanyagkártyák rendelésének teljeskörű lebonyolítása és adminisztrálása, kártyák postázása, kapcsolattartás az üzemanyag társaságokkal;
• Autópályamatricák rendelésének és átírásának lebonyolítása;
• Bírságok kezelése – ezek kapcsán ügyféllel és hatóságokkal történő egyeztetés;
• Gépjárművek forgalomba helyezésével, átadásával kapcsolatos adminisztrációs feladatok, kapcsolattartás beszállító partnerekkel;
• Gépjárművekhez kapcsolódó információik (km adatok, okmányok, stb.) rögzítése a vállalatirányítási rendszerben;
• Nyilvántartások vezetése és kimutatások készítése;
• Társosztályokkal való együttműködés

Elvárások:

• Minimum középfokú végzettség;
• 1-2 éves adminisztrációs területen szerzett tapasztalat;
• Felhasználói szintű számítógép kezelési ismeretek (MS Office, levelezés és vállalatirányítási rendszer);
• Rendszerszemlélet, pontos adminisztráció, monotóniatűrés;
• Megbízhatóság, felelősségtudat, önálló munkavégzés;
• Ügyfélorientált gondolkodásmód, empátiás készség, csapatjátékos hozzáállás

Előnyt jelent:

• Autóipari ismeretek;
• Angol nyelvtudás
