New Business Development - Research & Marketing Analyst

Job Description:

• This position is responsible for supporting the company's new business development activities by managing and evaluating Business Ideas, conducting research and marketing analysis (including the use of AI-based tools), and preparing well-structured business proposals.
• The role also drives cross-functional collaboration to move promising ideas toward commercialization and serves as a communication link with the Global Team to ensure alignment across regions.
• This position is required to conduct business in a professional and cordial manner that will uphold the integrity and reputation of our Client.
• This position maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to the policies, regulations, and procedures of our Client.

• Conduct market research and marketing analysis for each Business Idea, leveraging AI-based tools and other research resources
• Gather and analyze data on market size, growth trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
• Clearly articulate value propositions, market opportunity, competitive positioning, and business rationale
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights to support decision-making

• Maintain and manage a pipeline of Business Ideas for new business development
• Track the status, progress, and evaluation results of each idea
• Support prioritization decisions in collaboration with management
• Develop and compile Business Ideas into structured business proposals
• Prepare materials suitable for review by management and stakeholders

• Drive and coordinate Cross-Functional Team activities to advance promising ideas toward commercialization
• Facilitate collaboration among relevant functions (e.g., R&D, Engineering, Sales, Finance)
• Track action items and ensure progress against milestones
• Communicate and coordinate with the Global Team to share updates, align on priorities, and ensure consistency across regions

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, business development, or related field
• Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Business intelligence and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP preferred)
• Project management software

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
